Your Character:

Shaman - Resto

UI Screenshots (1 while in combat as well):

Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats:
With so much theorycrafting websites around nowadays there's little point is reciting what each of them say, but in any case:
I'll try to keep mastery and crit balanced, crit is important for progression due to its mana gain.
Mastery becomes more important as mana becomes less of an issue but damage remains high.
Haste is alright, not great unless you have no mana issues, and the raids damage intake is lower.
As for trinkets, unless the equip effect is something special, direct int increase is the primary target.

Do you have any logs from your recent raids?

Personal information:
I'm 23, work in insurance software and am based in Northern Ireland.

I have a short history of high end raiding that spanned 1 expansion, but with being overly competitive, have always held the highest standards with every game I've been involved in.

My philosophy for raiding in wow is that if someone can do something, there's not much other than gear limitations that prevents anyone from being able to match and outperform that standard. When it comes to learning from mistakes, I generally learn fast, and am quick to find clear tactical/positional issues.

Do you have any upcoming events or plans that will make you unavailable for a long period of time (such as holidays/exams, etc)?

Meeting the requirements:
What is your normal latency(ms) and FPS during raids? (Ideally give us the specs of your PC).
Around 50 latency, 40-ish fps.

Can you raid on all of our raid days (Wednesday, Sunday, Monday)?
All, and can be around other days for anything else can may come up - alt raids etc.

Do you have Mumble/Teamspeak/Ventrilo installed and are you willing to speak?
I can install them - have been loving discord lately. Can speak.

Your Raiding Background:
Please give a brief overview of your guild history and what is the reason for leaving your current/last guild?
Have been idling/casual since wrath, so it's probably best I just list my experiences there.

My PvE experience at a top level has been limited to 2 guilds over the course of Wrath of the Lich King:

Union - Outland
Union were around the world 100 mark, joined the guild as Ulduar was released and became the healing officer within 2 months.
During this time we mostly maintained top 120-ish between Ulduar and TOGC, claiming the realm first on tribute to insanity.
Union as a 25man guild stopped raiding at the beginning of ICC heroics with the death of our GM/raid leader, Xaneda.

Infamous - Outland
Joined Infamous the day progression began on LK 25 hc, and again became the healing lead as we were progressing on that boss. Ended up getting the realm first and world 66 on that.
After the kills on LK and Halion, Infamous mostly done speedkills of bosses, which was some of my funnest times in the game, as we'd drop to 2 healers for every boss, and I ended up claiming most of the shaman and some overall hps world firsts (according to WoL at the time - Also ended up getting some of the rarer achievements in wow such as Tribute to Immortality.

On the run up to cataclysm, from the announcement of 10/25 man equality, to the guild turning toxic (clique groups, swes vs brits, melees vs ranged), lack of management, and ultimately how broken the first tier of cata was; WIthin 2 months of cata, Infamous had 5 wrath players remaining, so I ended up quitting and have been casual since.

What websites/resources do you use to keep yourself updated on the game and your class?
The last month I've spent more time on warcraftlogs than in game probably, otherwise the usualys:
Mmo champion, icy veins, simcraft,

What do you expect from us?
I want a solid bunch of like minded competitive players, capable of pushing higher up the top 100 table without breaking their backs over it.

Do you know anyone in the guild, if yes who?

Where did you hear about us? (WoW Progress, MMO Champion etc.)
Wow progress.

Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention?
Have a 110 hunter that is not raid ready, would prefer to work on getting a resto druid up to par for split raids.

I haven't played competitively in wow pve in a long time, but pushing top 100's on a 3 day schedule is definitely achievable nowdays, and what I'm aiming for. So if things don't pan out here, any feedback regarding the app etc would be appreciated, thanks.
